- Fractured skull in 2 places
- Have had 7 seizures due to combination of TBI and various medications

Fractured 2 vertebrae
- T9
- T12
- Have 2 titanium rods in my back to help stablize my spinal cord

Fractured 2 vertebrae
- Overactive bladder
- Parosmia (loss of sense of smell)
